TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The closing date for entries is the 5th of May 2024. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date, dates in which to send your products or services will be communicated to you separately (July/August). Please complete all sections of the form, entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limit will not be accepted.

Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, figures, statistics and include as much information as possible on your entry form.

We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and/or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PDF format and upload it with your entry under 2MB.

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any products posted or damaged in transit.

Shortlisted items that are sent to be 'tried and tested' by our judges and real mamas will not be returned. For the process to be fair, items will be judged at the judging event, be overnight tested, used, worn and washed accordingly. By sending your items, you agree to these terms.

By submitting an entry, you agree to The Mum Marketplace and associated judges or sponsors sharing images and and product names about your entered product.  Content is created on your shortlisted products and at any of our judging events. We will use and re purpose these images/reels and content created. You also agree to all of the terms stated in this page/document. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF JUDGING

The judges decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.

Shortlisted entrants and winners will be contacted by email to the address provided in the application on the shortlisted announcement date and winners day.

Shortlisted Items that are sent to be ' tried and tested' by our judges and real mamas will not be returned. For the process to be fair items will judged at the judging event, also be over night tested, used, warn & washed accordingly. By sending you agree to these terms. 

Judges will not allow personal relationships or experiences to influence judging marks or decisions and their judging will be impartial and based on the standard of entry, campaign, organisation or product. Judges are unable to enter the awards.

All judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone outside of the judging panel ahead of the ceremony or thereafter.

Judges will not share entry information or scores with anyone and all information will be deleted immediately after the judging period.

Judges can only access entries that they have been provided to score and will only provide feedback through us and this may remain anonymous.

How do I enter?

Simply choose your category or nominate a brand and complete the entry form before 05.05.2024

You can enter as many categories as you like.

Much like our carefully curated website, The Mum Marketplace awards categories have been intuitively grouped to make it easy for our audience and brands to find what they’re looking for.

If you are shortlisted, you have the option to receive direct feedback from our judging panel and licensing rights for all logos use and winners packs.
There is a £55 administration charge for this. This will not affect your eligibility to enter or win.
What’s included in the £55 fee?
- feedback from our influencers, judges, experts and real mamas
- professional content from the day for you to use and licensing rights
- star ratings
- shortlisted logos and (if applicable) winners logos
- a beautifully curated winners packs to use in your marketing which includes all of the above

Winners will then receive an invitation to our intimate celebratory networking event 'THRIVE' where you can meet the judges, experts, real mamas, editorial, commercial partners, influencers and more!

Any brand or supplier can enter themselves by completing an entry form. We accept global entries, however you must be able to ship your products to the UK before the 31st of August 2024.

Or, if you use a product or brand you think deserves award-worthy recognition, you can nominate a brand or product and we'll contact them to let them know they've been nominated.

Our prestigious panel of judges are made up of thought-leaders, industry experts, influencers and everyday Mamas to ensure our entries are tested fairly, credibly and authentically.

 

Meet Christian, dad to two teenage boys.

Christian Bates qualified in Naturopathy in 1997 from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy.

In 2008 he opened the award-winning Perrymount Clinic in Haywards Heath. Through his years treating babies for colic and other birth traumas, Christian has built up a strong reputation with local midwives and health visitors who have made hundreds of referrals to Christian over the years.   

 

Meet Laura, mum of 2 young girls.

Antenatal educator, hypno-birthing teacher, birth & postnatal Doula, mindful breastfeeding practitioner, passionate birthkeeper and mother.

 

Meet Gemma, mum to two girls.

Gemma pilates instructor and owner of the boutique Sona studio. Dedicacated to helping people boost their move by finding a movement they love.

Hannah is a mother of 3, content creator and is the go to girl for travelling with littles.

As well as our incredible judges, we also have an abundance of TMM approved parents. Real parents putting real products to the test. 

What happens to my entered product?

We have a rigorous two stage judging process.

Any products called for product judging will be judged by our panel of experts.

When are the awards announced?

The Mum Marketplace Awards winners will be announced on 10.10.2024 and the winners will be invited to an intimate celebratory event in on the 11.11.2024.
